Here at Forge & Fume we understand that sometimes the product you ordered isn't what you like, after all as much as we would like to be able to you can't smell the candle through your screen. If you don't like the fragrance of the candle you have bought, as long as you haven't lit the wick, you can return it us for a full refund less a 10% restock fee or you can swap it for a different scent for the same range for no extra cost as per our terms and conditions.
